Consumer Outreach
Shelter Rock Mortgage Corporation has developed its business over the years by supplying the highest level of service to our clients. This has put Shelter Rock is a unique position. By investing our time with our clients we have no need to invest our resources in advertising or promotions. Our past and current clients supply us with our future clients, a business philosophy that we are proud of and has served us well over the years.
We’ve taken advantage of the Internet as an avenue to deliver detailed information to our clients. This site has been created to assist our clients in their knowledge of real estate financing. This is in support of the discussions we have with them one-on-one.
We’ve written and taught courses for the real estate industry. The course notes appear on this site for anyone to read. The reason for this is simple. More and more of our clients are turning to real estate as an investment and the more information they have available, the better equipped they are in making sound business decisions.
In talking with community leaders, we found a need to deliver this information in a seminar format. A place where people can get together, have information they need available to them and are able to have their questions answered. We have developed courses specifically to address this need. Here you will find links to the course outlines.
These courses are available to any group at no charge. All you need is to supply the space and the students. We will provide the instructor and any course material that’s needed.
There is no minimum size to the group. If you and your neighbor would like to meet one evening in a local restaurant or even in your living room just contact us and we will schedule it. Again, there is no cost or obligation. Your only investment is a couple of hours of your time.
Our intentions are simple. By reaching out and giving you the tools to make you smarter regarding real estate we hope that you will consider us as your source for mortgage financing when that time comes.
