The Way We Process Your Mortgage Application For security purposes Shelter Rock Mortgage Corporation does not accept applications on-line and never requests any personal information via email. All applications are taken in person or over the telephone and processing will not begin until we have an original signed application package from you. Original supporting documentation you provide us will be returned to you. All copies of these documents will be destroyed once you either close on your mortgage or withdraw your application.
